Hello! I am Dr. Melissa Oh. I attended Emory University School of Medicine and completed my residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Emory University.
I was born in Miami, FL. I attended college at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. I then moved to Atlanta for medical school and residency. After residency, I joined ENT of GA North to serve the Atlanta community. During my residency, I was given the opportunity to take care of patients at Emory University Hospitals, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Atlanta VA Medical Center, and Grady Memorial Hospital. This provided me with a diverse background in training but also a connection to the community.
I diagnose and treat patients of all ages across all areas of general otolaryngology with interests in sinus disease, thyroid disease, salivary disorders, obstructive sleep apnea and cochlear implants.
I am passionate about listening to patients to treat the whole person. It is my duty as a physician to provide healthcare at the highest quality based on the available evidence and practice guidelines. I am an advocate for my patients and treat them as I would treat family. I hope for the opportunity to take care of you or your children.
When I am not taking care of patients, I am spending time with my family including my husband, daughter and sister. I also have two dogs, a Labrador Retriever and Great Pyrenees. We enjoy road trips, hiking, traveling, and exploring new foods and cultures.
